Vance Moves to Electronic Newsletter

HARRISBURG – In a move to reduce costs and save paper, Sen. Pat Vance (R-Cumberland/York) will distribute her legislative newsletter through her Senate website.

“An electronic newsletter saves taxpayer money and helps residents obtain information on legislative issues,” Vance said. “In addition to the cost saving benefits, switching to electronic distribution will allow me to publish more frequent updates on what is occurring in the Capitol and in the district.”

The newsletter is now available at Vance’s Web site at www.senatorvance.com.

Individuals without Internet access can obtain a paper copy by calling or visiting Vance’s district offices at 3806 Market Street, Camp Hill, or 59 West Louther St., Carlisle. The phone numbers are 975-1985 and 258-6620.

Copies of the newsletter also will be available at the following locations:

Hampden Township Recreation Office, 5001 Park Street Extended, Mechanicsburg;
Shippensburg Borough Building, 111 N. Fayette St., Shippensburg;
Fairview Township Municipal Building, 599 Lewisberry Road, New Cumberland;
Dillsburg Borough Building, 151 S. Baltimore St., Dillsburg; and
All Cumberland County libraries.

Vance’s district includes all of Cumberland County and Carroll, Fairview, Franklin, Monaghan, Warrington and Washington townships and Dillsburg, Franklintown and Wellsville boroughs in York County.
