Sen. Pat Vance hosted Governor Rendell in July at the Mechanicsburg Wastewater Treatment Plant to sign Senate Bill 2 and Senate Bill 1341. Senate Bill 2 may help local ratepayers with the burden of funding upgrades to wastewater treatment plants.
