October 26, 2008 - The Boy Scouts of America, Keystone Council, Adventure District, held its first annual Soapbox Derby. Sen. Pat Vance, center, is joined by Jonas Tenney, Adventure District Executive, and Mike Hassell, Adventure District Chairperson at the Derby. Participant received a patch for their efforts.
