January 22, 2010 - Sen. Pat Vance joined representatives of Associated Wholesalers Inc. and Shurfine Supermarkets in presenting scholarships to qualified families who attend St. Joseph School in Mechanicsburg and St. Patrick School in Carlisle through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program. The EITC Program allows businesses to provide donations for educational scholarships in exchange for tax credits.
