Sen. Pat Vance joined representatives of AmeriChoice/Unison Health Plans, Apex Rehab, M&T Bank and students from Trinity High School at a presentation of Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) scholarships on April 29. Families from Bible Baptist School, Carlisle Early Education Center, Harrisburg Academy, St. Patrick School and Trinity received the scholarships. The EITC program allows businesses to provide donations for educational scholarships in exchange for tax credits.
