Sen. Pat Vance recently honored Boiling Springs Senior Joseph Spisak for his 2010 PIAA State Class AA Individual Wrestling Championship in the 130-pound weight class. He was recognized by the Pennsylvania Senate on May 3 for his hard work. Spisak is pictured on the Senate floor with Vance.
