Sen. Pat Vance recently was presented with the Pennsylvania Association of Conservation District’s (PACD) 2010 Legislator Recognition Award for her efforts to further the activities and accomplishments of conservation districts and the PACD on a statewide basis. Her efforts included securing funding to restore a dam and spillway at Opossum Lake.
