Sen. Pat Vance presented Senate citations to the Cumberland Perry Area Vocational Technical School Residential Construction Management Team for its first place finish in the high school division of the 2011 International Builders Show. Each team had to create a complete set of blueprints that could be used to build a specific house, set a construction schedule, create a labor and materials estimate and set a selling price for the house.
